  1. Search for the product you want to buy through Clothing and Accessories menu or through the search column
  2. Click on the image or the name of the product to see the product details
  3. Choose the quantity of the product you want to buy and click on the “Add to cart” button to get redirected to the shopping cart page
  4. Continue shopping or checkout by clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” button
  5. Register yourself so that your data can be saved for the next purchase or log in if you have already registered before. You can also choose to log in as a guest if you don't want to register and have your data saved.
  6. Next, you can follow these following steps to checkout:
    1. Check and confirm your shipping address or fill in your shipping address if you have logged in as a guest. Click on the “Update Address” button to update or the “Save Address” button to save your shipping address
    2. Calculate your shipping fee by choosing on the existing postal service options. Please choose the “Use other postal service” option and fill in the empty column with the postal service you prefer if you want to use other postal service besides JNE
    3. Review all of your order details and click on the “Place An Order” button
  7. Your order will be received by us. Next, please make the payment by transferring the amount of the grand total to the shown BCA or Mandiri bank account or if your postal fee and grand total are still written as “Pending” don't send the payment yet and please wait until your postal fee and grand total have been determined. You can check your order status in the “My Orders” page if you have registered yourself in our website or in the “Track Order” menu by inputting your order ID
  8. Please confirm your payment after transferring in the “My Orders” page if you have registered yourself in our website or in the “Confirm Payment” menu by inputting your order ID

- An item can be exchanged if:
  • It's broken/damaged
  • The received item is not the same as in the order
The procedure:
      Take a photo of the damaged item to LINE (@popurijewelry) / BBM / WA, after the item is received at the latest of 1x24hour
      Wait for the reply from our admin, if the damage is considered proper, send the item to our warehouse address and inform the tracking code
      After we receive the tracking code, we will immediately transfer the price amount of the damaged item back.
- All jewelry products' colors can fade through time, except for pure gold.
- All of the products we sell are mostly made of mixed material (alloy) or commonly called imitation, and the durability of its color depends on its usage.
- As long as it doesn't frequently used when sweating, taking a bath, swimming, or came in contact with perfume/lotion, the durability of the color will surely be longer.
- If it's not used, store in a container that is sealed from air immediately.
- If a jewelry has already turned black because of water or sweat, it can be cleaned by smearing toothpaste on the spot that turned black, and then leave it for 3-5 minutes. Afterwards, brush and rinse until clean.
- 90% of similarity, depends on the lighting when it's being photographed and the computer screen of each customer
